Driver's licence as well as minimum age of 18 years old is required. Obeying any and all local regulations while using public roads is mandatory. All responsibility and consequence of breaching the aforementioned regulations while on public roads lie on the Client.
1. The list of Regulations (Agreement) is delivered to you by Czajka Quad and readily available for viewing. All Participants and Guardians are requested to become acquainted with the following Regulations before entering the quad track. You will be asked to sign a confirmation of your agreement to stay within these rules.
2. As our Client, you will be responsible for all damages sustained by you or your passengers if those damages are caused due to a breach of Highway, Penal or Civil Code.
3. You will be requested to complete your payment and provide an ID card before entering the track. Czajka Quad retains the right to deny entrance to any Client who does not provide a valid ID.
4. Underage participants cannot rent quadbikes under their own name. The presence and consent of a Parent or Guardian are a requisite of receiving service. Parents and/or Guardians are held responsible for any and all actions undertaken by the underage participant while on the track.
5. You must wear a helmet at all times while on a quadbike. You must not start unless a signal is given. You are requested to stop at the end ride signal. You must not drive the wrong way. You must not intentionally bump into other vehicles. Should Czajka Quad personnel confirm the occurence of abovementioned, your ride will be terminated. You must not get off your quadbike during the ride. Should your vehicle stop or malfunction, all necessary assistance will be provided by qualified Czajka Quad personnel.
6. Any and all physical damage incurred due to the rental and use of quadbikes remains the responsibility of the participant.
7. Any and all damages caused by misuse of the rented quadbikes are to be paid in their entirety by the participant.
8. All participants must confirm they do not remain under the influence of alcohol or any other substances which may negatively affect perception and/or reactions of the driver. Participants must also confirm the absence of any other factors which may have adverse effects. Czajka Quad retains the right to deny service to any participant suspected of failing to meet the requirements stated in this section. Participants under the influence of alcohol will be removed from the track immediately and the costs of their ride will not be refunded.
9. Every participant is required to take part in a short training session before the adventure.
10. Entry fees and ride times are decided upon by Czajka Quad exclusively. Furthermore, Czajka Quad retains the right to decide about the number of quadbikes simultaneously on the track, time gap between individual rides. Czajka Quad also retains the right to terminate any ride at any given time with no guaranteed cost refund.
11. In case of theft or damage to the rented quadbike(s), the cost of replacement/repairs are to be paid by participants involved.
12. I, the participant, grant Czajka Quad permission to disclose my personal information to public authorities.
13. All decisions made by Czajka Quad are absolute. Cancelling any of the constituents does not cancel the entire Agreement.
14. The Civil Code is understood as binding regulations for any and all cases not described by this Agreement.
